About this event
Hopewell House is the only residential hospice home in the Portland-Metro area, offering compassionate care at the end of life. This Lunch & Learn will explore Hopewell’s mission, unique care model, and the culture that guides this work.
Presenter: Lesley Sacks is the Executive Director of Hopewell House and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in long-term, community-based care and hospice organizations. Helping to re-open and lead Hopewell House since 2022 has been the most meaningful work of her career. She lives in NE Portland with her husband, two teenage children and Basset Hound.
